The most overlooked and increasingly crucial component to SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the website structure or layout.  This refers to the method in which the content of a webpage is presented to the search engines.  When a search engine spiders and indexes a page it has to sift through the code to find the relative content.  This makes not only the code to text ratio important, but also the programming language used.  There are a number of programming languages that are simply a burden to search engines, which is why SEO Web Concepts uses combination of CSS (which keeps the design and content separate) HTML and PHP.  HTML is found on virtually every website on the internet and is responsible for all of the content rendering.  Although HTML can used for much more it was designed and should only be used for content.  PHP is a server-side (the processing code is kept on the server) application, that enables the programmer to extensive coding virtually invisible to search engines (less code to sift through).
